Nutty Banana-Blueberry Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1 medium banana
1 cup blueberries
2 Tbsp. natural peanut, cashew or almond butter
1 cup low-fat organic vanilla or berry yogurt, or soy yogurt
1 cup vanilla rice milk or soy milk
1/2 cup crushed ice (optional)
PREPARATION
To Prepare:
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth. Adjust consistency with more liquid if desired. Serve at once.
