Cilantro Olive Spread
INGREDIENTS
1⁄3 cup almonds
6 garlic cloves
1⁄2 cup tightly packed cilantro leaves
1⁄4 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
1 Tbsp miso
1⁄4 cup pitted kalamata olives
2 Tbsp orange olive oil or extra-virgin olive oil
1⁄4 cup water
PREPARATION
Grind almonds into a flour in a food processor or blender. Finely chop garlic, cilantro, tomatoes and olives. Add all ingredients to bowl and mix well. Taste and adjust the seasonings.
