Green Goodness Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped ripe honeydew melon
1/2 cups green grapes
1 cup naturally sweetened organic lemonade or limeade
1 cup low-fat lemon or lime yogurt, or soy yogurt
Several fresh mint leaves to taste
1/2 cup crushed ice (optional)
Lime slices (optional garnish)
PREPARATION
To Prepare:
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth (or process with an immersion mixer). Adjust the consistency with more liquid if desired. Serve at once with a slice of lime.
